Perth restaurant promotion
Six premiere Perth chefs and restaurants have been approached to experiment with gubinge from the recent Western Australian harvest. Each participating restaurant received a 1 kg pack of frozen gubinge from one of three participating NAAKPA enterprises: Mamabulanjin Aboriginal Corporation, Mayi Harvests, and Mercedes Cove Aboriginal Corporation. From these samples chefs will apply their magic to see what type of recipes and flavours can be created. Recipes and ideas will be posted via NAAKPA Instagram, facebook and the website in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for some exciting dishes.
